Milan and Cote de Azur
This past weekend, me and Mush went to visit some much needed warm cities down south. It also happened to be my birthday! woo, so here are some pics from the trip.
I took these shots from the train, and I gotta say the view was more amazing than it appears below, that's Lugano, on the border of Switzerland and Italy. There is a very similar city on the italian side called Como, they are both amazing!

We got out of the taxi and this is the first thing i saw.
The amount of sculptures on that building was incredible, really excessive design hah! but makes for an amazing image that looks great from all angles. This next sculpture was awesome.
I feel like I am authorized to state that the fashion for women this summer is black and white stripes.. I see it everywhere! and this is in Milan, fashion capital of the world.
Anyway, Italy is great, and im going there again this weekend. We had really good pasta at some restaurant there before getting on the train again.

no more passengers came after we closed the blinds.. there were lots of tunnels on the way to France.
This thing was huge! cool place to snipe people isnt it?
Somewhere in those hills the famous James Bond destination, Monte Carlo.
We got to a hotel in Nizza, but rented a car and went for a roadtrip to Cannes!
The blue Mediterranean sea was great to swim in, the amount of salt made it very easy to float and swim far from the shore.
Our nice little Renault roadster.
On our way back we found the best resort i've ever seen! it had 22 acres of lush forest (no kidding) next to an amazing spot on the Mediterranean, and the commodities were top class.
We couldn't stay there, but we did get the best mojito ever made. And in this pic you can see the endless pool, which overlooked huge yachts that must have belonged to the guests. The thing I liked the most were a jumping board and fitness ropes right on the sea! (you can see the ropes in the background).
Very close to Nizza there is a nice town called Antibes, the city is full of american tourists, and apparently Picasso liked to visit, there is a museum for him there. Anyway, it was too late to visit it, but we did find a great restaurant to eat the catch of the day.
Some really good white wine accompanied our big sea bass.

Zurich Sea (lake, really)
We rented a small motor boat that barely moved, but it was lots of fun at the lake!
Check out those clouds, the sun was coming in and out of them, and I would only swim when the sun was out :D

This stuff is in the old town, very nice cafes and lots of people walking around.
We had some great mexican food, the ingredients were happy swiss cows, and fresh organic veggies. Makes a big difference in the taste! oh and the Coca Cola here is better too.
